Ruth Davage BA. Qualified Therapeutic Professional. Registered with BACP.
Professional Journey
I am an academically, ethically minded, emphatic professional therapist with a passion for helping others in distress. Some of my key strengths are my communication skills, ability to assess all aspects of a situation and work collaboratively with others.
I am experienced in CBT, SFBT, Person-Centred Integrative, Systemic, Gestalt, Creative Therapies, CYP and Relational Psychodynamic through my BA Counselling and Therapeutic Practice and my client work. As a Registered member of the BACP I work within their professional ethical framework.
I work individually one to one therapeutically with all age ranges of clientele (16 years up).
In Practice since 2018, working within High School based therapies for 3 years, Private practise for 5 years and 1 year briefly working with BetterHelp.com.
I have a vast range of life experiences that enable me to easily empathise with my clients, on occasions providing insight and differing perspectives to situations that occur through life.
I have lived in many different countries and have weathered life’s storms and come to a place where my heart is to empower and enable others to do the same.
